Why Is Snot Green?

How big is space? Why are there no three-legged animals? Do spiders have ears? If you have so many questions that when they see you coming all the teachers run and hide, maybe you could use a book like this. The answers, from the Science Museum, are very interesting and full and almost certainly mostly all true. And the person asking the questions in this book won’t let the explainer off the hook too easily, but asks lots of follow-up questions, which is exactly what I always want to do.
